• Collaborate with production or maintenance teams to analyze equipment-related issues using statistical tools.

• Drive factory automation improvement initiatives and support ongoing processes.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and ISO system processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Equipment Design or Automation.

• Proficient in CAD and Solidworks with strong material knowledge and equipment design concept formulation.

• Ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating independence and proactivity.

• Positive attitude and adaptability in a challenging work environment.

• Strong technical report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
