• Greet and register patients

• Schedule patient appointment

• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals

• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary

• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum N / O / A level / Diploma in any courses

• Some experience in customer service / admin is preferred

• Able to start work immediately

1 year contract - $2500

5.5days office hours

Punggol/ Marine Parade / Pasir Ris
