• Salary: $4500 - $5500 (Depending on Experience)

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

• Company Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage project teams comprising consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

• Conduct project kick-off meetings, regular progress meetings, and provide timely project status updates to management and clients.

• Develop, review, and monitor project schedules, identifying potential risks, delays, and implementing corrective or preventive actions.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage project documentation, contract administration, and support procurement activities, including evaluation and recommendations for contract awards.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards by conducting regular site inspections and audits.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues to minimize project disruptions.

• Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality requirements.

• Conduct feasibility studies, resource planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring to support effective project delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project implementation.

• Prepare project reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure successful project handover upon completion.

Requirement:

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent

• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in project management
