POSITION OVERVIEW
Aftersales Business Development Executive is responsible for creating effective plans for sale of services, calibration together with modernization & accessories. Aftersales Business Development Executive shall provide techno-commercial consultation on new testing needs & application to existing customers. Aftersales Business Development Executive will support Regional Service Manager in developing & implementing growth initiatives for aftersales service portfolio.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Aftersales Business Growth in Singapore
Grow service revenue from the installed base in Singapore with main focus
Maintenance and service calibration contracts
Modernization / upgrade / accessories
Increase long-term service contract coverage.
Regular visit to local customers to build strong customer engagement.
Techno-Commercial Support to sales channel in the region
Support partners and regional teams in aftersales sales opportunities with
Technical quotation
Commercial support & negotiations.
Business Development Activities
Develop regional initiatives for modernization, upgrade, accessories, and service expansion
Ownership of lifecycle management of install bases in the region
Implement promotional activities for aftersales business for the region.
Utilizes CRM system to actively manage aftersales opportunities, quotation, pricing etc.
Map competitor aftersales initiatives to develop competitive ZR value adds services.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Regional Service Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Aftersales of Engineering products.
Experience in measurement, analytical instruments or materials testing is advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passionate towards sales and customer consultations.
Customer-focused with a strong drive to achieve results.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Strong oral & written communication along with presentation skills.
Travel requirement to local customers in Singapore.
