Join our HR team and play a key role in managing HR operations, workforce compliance, employee relations, and work pass administration. You will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for local and foreign employees.
Process work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle employee disciplinary cases, investigations, and workplace incidents.
Coordinate work injury (WICA) cases and liaise with MOM, TADM, insurers, and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company policies.
Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support audits and inspections.
Attend operational sites and provide HR support when required.
Perform other HR operational duties and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR Operations or HR Generalist experience.
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR compliance.
Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to travel to operational sites and respond to urgent HR matters when required.
