Responsibilities

• Deliver training and conduct competency-based assessments for healthcare courses

• Develop and adapt course materials to meet learning outcomes

• Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners

• Ensure course delivery meets regulatory and accreditation standards

Requirements

• ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance)

• Registered on the National Adult Educators (NAE) Registry under the Training and Adult Education Professionals Pathway (TAEPP)

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the healthcare sector

• Subject matter expertise in one or more healthcare-related fields, such as:

  • Infection prevention and control

  • Dementia care

  • Gerontology and aged care

  • Patient care and support care (nursing)

  • Mental health and wellbeing

  • Therapy support and rehabilitation

  • Community and home care

  • Healthcare sustainability

  • Workplace safety and health in healthcare settings

  • Professional, legal, and ethical healthcare practice

• Proven experience facilitating adult learning in a classroom or clinical training setting

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Available for scheduled assignments on weekdays or weekends as required
