Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations for both white-collar and blue-collar employees
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
Manage payroll and staff claims in a timely and accurate manner
Support the enhancement and continuous improvement of HR systems (HRIS)
Manage license renewals and other regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
Diploma holder
2-3 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
Experience with system upgrades is an added advantage
