The applicant will be joining the Quality Monitoring team, which is responsible for the competencies of and due diligence monitoring of sales process and supervisory duties of our sales force. In this role, the applicant will be responsible for performing due diligence monitoring on sales processes, supervisory duties of sales supervisors and sales advisory quality. This will be through the reviews and assessment of sales advisory documentation, performing customer surveys, checking on competency fulfilment, investigating potential findings and activating service recovery. The applicant shall drive good practices expected the sales force, in fulfilling the required expectations, in accordance with the company and regulatory requirements.
Conduct transaction checks equivalent as part of due diligence
Reviews of sales documents and supervisor's assessments
Conduct Call-back to Customers (survey)
Conduct an audit on supervisor-call-back recordings
Conduct checks and reviews on supervisory duties activities (Coaching, Meetings, Joint Fieldwork, etc)
Ensure the review conclusions are within expectations and further investigate if otherwise.
Ensure review conclusions are well-documented.
Identify and communicate issues uncovered and carry out follow-up actions.
Generate and prepare regular reports for monitoring, tracking, and reporting purposes.
Support in process reviews and SOP updates.
Implement initiatives, monitor processes, and conduct constant reviews to ensure compliance with supervisors' and advisers' expected competency standards.
Undertake projects and execute activities assigned to the team.
Requirements
Minimally Diploma of any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in training and competence in sales advisory/compliance audit in the Financial Services industry; or experience in validating sales advisory
Obtained CMFAS Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, and Certificate in Health Insurance; or equivalents
Knowledge of Sales Advisory, regulatory requirements/standards
Sales supervisory experience in validating fact find, needs analysis and basis of recommendation
Knowledge of life insurance products and FAA investment products
Familiarity with the relevant industry and regulators' requirements and developments
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous, independent and work well in a team.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solver
