Eligibility

· Undergraduate (preferably Year 2–4)

· Preferred disciplines: Human Resources; or Business Management / Business Studies

Internship Period

· Approximately 20 weeks

· Preferred start: June / July

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of talent and leadership development initiatives within Group People Development, including programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and selected data and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent & Leadership Development:

a. Support execution of early talent, capability development, and leadership programmes

b. Assist in planning and coordination of activities (e.g. mentoring, workshops, site visits)

c. Provide administrative and logistical support

d. Management Associate (MA) Programme (FY2027):

i. Coordinate role-matching interviews

ii. Support onboarding and orientation

2. Certis Skills Platform:

a. Support publicity and awareness efforts

b. Drive user engagement initiatives

c. Assist in project coordination and tracking


3. Feedback & Assessment Processes:

a. Provide administrative support for 360 Feedback and potential assessment exercises

4. Organisational Network Analysis (ONA) & Data Support:

a. Assist in data preparation and research inputs for ONA

b. Support basic data visualisation for reporting

5. HR Innovation – Matching Agent Development:

a. Support development of a matching agent by preparing and structuring data inputs

b. Assist in guided fine-tuning of matching logic (e.g. defining pairing criteria)

c. Support testing, validation, and refinement of outputs
