Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities and build strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners within the power generation industry.
- Lead technical tendering and proposal preparation for power generation projects including CCGT, steam power equipment, and related electrical systems.
- Manage HV/MV electrical projects from contract award through commissioning, testing, and final handover.
- Coordinate project execution activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning teams.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, manage project risks, and support cost tracking and variation management.
- Support technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations with customers, partners, and headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and project documentation requirements throughout project execution.
- At least 5 years of experience in power generation, electrical engineering, project execution, tendering, or technical business development.
- Experience in thermal power plants, CCGT projects, HV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, or EPC environments will be advantageous.
- Familiar with technical proposal preparation, project coordination, and client-facing activities.
