Within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), the Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) organization is expanding its global ServiceNow Practice to drive platform-led enterprise transformation.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Services Sales Domain Specialist – ServiceNow to drive growth across strategic accounts by leading complex, large-scale transformation deals.
This role focuses on shaping and closing consulting-led ServiceNow engagements, positioning end-to-end capabilities across advisory, implementation, and managed services. You will work closely with global sales, consulting, and partner teams to expand Lenovo’s footprint and deliver business outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for complex ServiceNow-led transformation deals, from opportunity identification to closure
Build and expand relationships with C-level stakeholders, positioning Lenovo as a strategic transformation partner
Develop outcome-based value propositions integrating ServiceNow with Lenovo’s consulting, implementation, and managed services
Collaborate with sales, solution architects, consulting, and delivery teams to structure differentiated solutions
Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Digital Workplace Solutions portfolio
Partner with ServiceNow and ecosystem alliances to accelerate pipeline and co-sell opportunities
Lead solution positioning for enterprise workflow transformation across IT, HR, and customer operations
Represent Lenovo at executive briefings, industry forums, and client engagements
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Proven experience in enterprise IT services sales, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar SaaS platforms
Strong track record of closing large, complex, multi-year transformation deals
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflow automation
Experience in consulting-led and solution-based selling
Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and pipeline management skills
Good-to-Have
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
Exposure to Digital Workplace / ITSM / HRSD / Customer Workflow solutions
Familiarity with alliances and partner-led sales models
Experience selling managed services and platform-led transformations
