Field Service Engineer (Japan MNC, Semiconductor)

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, repairs, and modifications.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to ensure optimal machine performance.

• Assist senior engineers with equipment calibration, robot teaching, and sub-unit servicing.

• Prepare technical reports and service documentation.

• Attend weekly meetings and technical presentations.

• Handle service tools and jigs required during maintenance activities.

• Support customers by providing timely technical assistance and ensuring high service standards.

• Perform standby duties based on the roster and support ad-hoc shift work when required.

• Assist with equipment delivery and other operational support when necessary.

Project Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic)

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects according to project schedules.

• Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines to meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate site activities, testing, commissioning, and equipment installation.

• Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and progress updates.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Attend project meetings and support ad-hoc engineering assignments.
