Responsilbilties:
Provide administrative support to the Management team on operational work and projects.
Support the planning and logistical arrangements when hosting local / overseas guests and visitors to Perennial Living. This includes assisting in organising and coordinating meetings, events, VIP visits and providing operational support to ensure their successful execution.
Perform administrative work which includes filing, scanning, arranging courier services, purchasing stationery, letterheads, envelopes, etc.
Oversee office equipment (e.g. copiers, drink dispensers) such as liaising with vendors on leasing contracts, supplies, maintenance and repairs.
Issue work-related items to employees such as uniforms, laptops etc as and when required.
Ensure pantries are kept neat and tidy, supplies are replenished when low.
Provide assistance in business travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, etc, where necessary.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation materials to the Management where required.
Cover receptionist duty, billing and cashiering responsibility at the front desk, if required.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
Organised, meticulous and possess a strong sense of urgency
Initiative, possess positive attitude and able to work independently
Prior experience in healthcare sector will be advantageous
