Position : Sales Admin Coordinator (Electronics)
Location : Upper Aljunied Link (Nearest MRT: Taiseng)
Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.45am to 5.45pm
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + AWS + 10 - 14 days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Electronic Components Distributor
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate deliveries and shipment schedules with suppliers and customers
Process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
Handle goods receiving (GR) and update system records accurately
Prepare basic shipping and delivery documents (packing list, delivery note)
Do simple stock checks and update PO/delivery status reports
Support monthly stock/delivery review with customers
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
Experience with electronic components will have advantage
