Summary Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Exposure to overseas training and technical support opportunities (1–2 trips per year)

• Location: Kaki Bukit (Semicon Equipment), or Senoko (Electrical Switchgear Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the installation, qualification, and acceptance of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and equipment performance improvement.

• Analyse process data and prepare technical reports and documentation.

• Support process optimisation, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.

• Edit and maintain equipment process recipes.

• Act as the liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

• Attend weekly meetings and technical presentations.

• (Senior Level) Drive new technology adoption through equipment qualification, demonstrations, evaluations, and process integration.

• (Senior Level) Present project updates during Area of Focus meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Perform standby duties and ad-hoc shift support when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.

• Knowledge of process engineering or wet processing will be an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working directly with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to support standby duties and work outside normal office hours when required.
