Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned industries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and project execution.

• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support during the sales process.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or industrial product sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and manage multiple accounts.
