This position will start off as about 4 months contract.
Location:
St Andrew’s School (Junior), at Potong Pasir
Duties:
Programme Management & Follow-up
a) Track student attendance for corrective programmes, issue timely reminders and follow-up on cases of non-compliance
b) Coordinate session rescheduling and maintain communication with parents regarding student progress
Campus Supervision & Student Engagement
a) Conduct regular patrols during recess and lunch periods in classroom blocks and common areas to monitor student behaviour, address inappropriate conduct, and ensure no mobile phone usage
b) Proactively interact and engage with students to deter misconduct and guide positive behaviour
c) Assist in facilitating restorative conversations and processes between offenders and victims, where appropriate and when the victim is ready
d) Support the delivery of corrective counselling to help students understand the consequences of their actions and take responsibility for their behaviour
Incident Response & Student Interaction
a) Serve as part of the immediate response team for emerging student behavioural incidents to stabilize the situation through effective communication and intervention techniques
b) Identify and engage with students involved in incidents to steer them towards positive behaviour
c) Liaise with HOD Student Management and other school personnel for case handovers with initial fact-finding, and draft reports
Corrective Programme Supervision
a) Oversee the programme to ensure task completion and maintain appropriate conduct
b) Engage with students during supervision to reinforce positive behavioural expectations
c) Support out-of-school patrol duties alongside senior staff members
Parent and Stakeholders Engagement
a) Facilitate timely and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding disciplinary cases, keeping them informed of the school’s actions and follow-up measures
b) Support the school in engaging parents as partners in the student’s rehabilitation and behavioural improvement
Working Hour:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9am to 2pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 2.30pm

Depending on experience and qualification
