We are seeking a proactive, and client-focused Account Executive (Client Success) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for events and entertainment to play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them across event setup, ticketing operations, and ongoing account management. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, optimise ticket performance, and ensure client needs are met throughout the event lifecycle. Core Responsibilities:
Account Executive
Key liaison point for clients on event details and support
Assist clients in their ticket inventory management and maximize ticket sales
Resolve any ticketing issues that may occur
Work closely with the marketing and technical departments to support the clients’ requirements and needs in areas of marketing and ticketing system
Assist in data analysis, preparation of monthly sales and management reports
Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties assigned
Product Support
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Tourism & Hospitality / Marketing
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in client-servicing / customer service coordination
Conversant with Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Team Player
Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work during event timing if the need is required (at night and weekends)
Job Specifications:
