Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Global Events and Operations Support
Support the coordination and administration of global engagement activities and market operations.
Assist in setting up and maintaining event registration pages, marketing communications, and operational templates.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on event logistics, scheduling, and operational follow-ups.
Support post-event matters such as attendance tracking, deliverables consolidation, reporting, and data processing.
Assist in vendor coordination, procurement administration, and tracking of agreements and deliverables.
Support event operations and programme implementation in Singapore where required.
Data Management and Reporting
Support the updating and tracking of regional team targets and KPIs through internal systems.
Download, organise, clean, and maintain datasets from internal systems (e.g. Salesforce) and external platforms (e.g. WeChat).
Assist with data entry, data validation, and identifying discrepancies for internal review.
Support reporting and administrative processes related to engagement and utilisation tracking.
Digital and Marketing Support
Support administrative operations relating to digital engagement platforms.
Review content and marketing materials for formatting, accuracy, and alignment with internal guidelines.
Support the coordination and tracking of digital marketing content and deliverables.
General Administrative Support
Assist with documentation, filing, invoice tracking, and record management.
Coordinate internal approval processes and follow-up actions across working teams.
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational matters where required.
Job Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, or willing to learn.
Experience with marketing platforms, Salesforce, event management systems, or social media platforms will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Positive learning attitude and willingness to support evolving operational needs.
Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Diploma in any discipline with approximately 1–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, events management, operations, or administrative support functions.
