Product Engineer (Semiconductor, Product Testing) - #1164708

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a reputable semiconductor company as a member in wafer testing and improvement projects for processes.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm

The Job:

• Establish standard operating procedures for product engineering and manufacturing processes on the testing floor
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential process failures
• Review and analyze test yield data to identify issues and implement yield improvement actions
• Determine disposition for hold lots based on yield and quality analysis
• Perform device and hardware tester qualification, correlation, and generate associated reports
• Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize testing and manufacturing processes
• Resolve technical issues related to device testing to support manufacturing operations effectively
• Liaise with customers to understand and implement new production specifications during New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Coordinate device startup and transfer activities to ensure smooth production transitions

The Talent:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
