About the role

BW Automobiles Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the East Region. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience, identifying customer needs, and closing deals to contribute to the company's success. What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting the most suitable vehicle options

2. Demonstrating the features and capabilities of our vehicles to customers

3. Negotiating and closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience

4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

5. Assisting with inventory management and coordinating vehicle deliveries

6. Actively participating in sales campaigns and promotional activities

7. Providing excellent post-sales support and follow-up with customers

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively

4. Familiarity with sales techniques and a keen understanding of the automotive market

5. Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience

6. Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales processes
