We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Brand Development Department. The successful candidate will provide essential support in the execution of creative works for our Food Atrium brands. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high creative standards. This role reports to the Creative Manager and works closely with the Marketing unit of the Brand team.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and execute graphic design collaterals for key projects, including new outlet openings, outlet revamps, and key brand and marketing campaigns, with full accountability from initial concept to final execution.
Present design proposals to Brand Leads and other stakeholders, providing clear rationale and justification behind design decisions that meet marketing objectives and messaging.
Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure productions and artwork for VM displays are operationally viable in stores.
Maintain quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints.
Work across a range of media, including digital, and basic video editing and animation work.
Requirements
2 - 3 years of proven experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistency across all creative outputs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong teamwork ethics.
Highly objective-oriented and proactive.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
