Job Description:

• Design and develop various types of heaters based on application requirements.

• Review technical specifications and sales handovers/datasheets.

• Prepare 3D and 2D drawings on electric heater according to customer requirements and sales handover design sheets.

• Conduct calculations to validate heater performance.

• Select appropriate materials and components for optimal efficiency and durability.

• Liaise with respective Control Panel Engineer to ensure electric heater design interface tallies with control panel.

• Initiate Change Notice Request for change of heater design.

• Work closely with sales, project, and quality teams to understand customer needs and deliver technical support.

• Perform failure analysis and troubleshoot design or performance issues in existing systems.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Maintain documentation of designs, calculations, and revisions.

Qualification / Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in heater design & calculations.

• Familiar with code ASME VIII Div. 1.

• Familiar with PV Elite, Solidworks & AutoCAD.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
