Customer Service Officer

  • Up till $3,200 basic + Variable Bonus

  • Ubi, Singapore 408726

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

  • AL will be 14 days, then every year + 1 day

  • Customer Service with company enquiry mainly by Whatapp.

  • Need to deal with Sales Consultant (Those showroom salesperson), EV charger enquiry, generate quotation, Calendar setting and coordination with worker schedule on the installation.

  • Supply & Installer of EV charger company

The Role

This position combines two core functions: Customer Service & Case Coordination and Inventory & Warehouse Administration. You will be the first point of contact for customers after they submit an enquiry, guiding them through their entire service journey. At the same time, you will ensure inventory records are accurate, stock levels are well managed, and warehouse movements are properly documented.

Customer Service & Case Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new customer enquiries.

  • Coordinate and schedule site surveys based on customer availability.

  • Manage the customer journey from enquiry to project completion.

  • Liaise with dealer sales consultants (BMW, MINI, Lexus, Eurokars) regarding project status, customer updates, and EV charger collection arrangements.

  • Reserve inventory for company-supplied EV chargers and identify items that require replenishment or ordering.

Inventory & Warehouse Administration

  • Review and process stock withdrawal requests before installation teams collect materials from the warehouse.

  • Record incoming goods from suppliers and returned items from dealers

  • Track EV charger collections from dealer parts departments

  • Monitor stock levels daily

  • Maintain accurate inventory records

General Office Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, project, and inventory records.

  • Take ownership of new enquiries, pending tasks, and follow-up actions without requiring reminders.

  • Follow company SOPs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of work.

  • Support general administrative and office duties as required by the team.
