Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of Fire Protection, Electrical, ACMV, and HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to contractual requirements and project schedules.

• Develop project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and timelines.

• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within the agreed timeframe and budget.

Site Coordination & Supervision

• Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Attend progress meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

• Manage client expectations and address project-related issues promptly.

Cost & Contract Management

• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and procurement activities.

• Review project contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Support tendering, budgeting, and project cost control activities.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.

• Promote and enforce workplace safety practices on project sites.

• Manage project documentation, reports, and records.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Fire Protection, Electrical, ACMV, HVAC, or M&E projects.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and contract administration.

• Experience managing contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

• Familiarity with local authority requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• Good communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of M&E coordination and building services systems.
