Key Responsibilities

• Curate highly personalized, luxury travel experiences tailored to the unique preferences of high-net-worth individuals

• Manage the full lifecycle of travel planning, from conceptualization to seamless execution

• Source and recommend exclusive destinations, private villas, luxury resorts, and unique experiences

• Build enduring relationships with elite clientele and global luxury partners

• Deliver white-glove service, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint

• Handle complex itineraries, last-minute changes, and special requests with discretion and efficiency

• Drive revenue through premium service delivery and client retention

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, bespoke design, or high-end concierge services

• Deep familiarity with luxury destinations, premium airlines, and 5-star hospitality brands

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset

• Proven ability to manage high-value clients and deliver personalized service excellence

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in sales and client engagement

• Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is advantageous
