Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their enquiries.

• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.

• Process sales transactions and operate the POS system.

• Replenish stock and ensure products are well displayed.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the retail store.

• Support daily store operations and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage, but training will be provided.

• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.

• Able to work on a roster, including weekends and public holidays.
