Logistics Sales Manager - #1164601

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

• Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the supply chain sector, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution services.

• In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.

• Excellent English communication skills. Mandarin-speaking would be an advantage to this role.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
