Mechanical Design Engineer - #1161132

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop precision machinery and mechatronic modules, with a strong focus on motion stages and high‑accuracy mechanical assemblies.Perform structural simulations to ensure design integrity and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other system components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development and testing phases.

• Document design processes and maintain detailed records.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in precision machinery, motion systems, or mechatronic module design.

• Strong proficiency in computer‑aided design and analysis tools (e.g. 3D CAD, structural/FEA simulation).

• Solid understanding of precision motion components, such as linear motors, guides, bearings, and mechanical transmission systems.

• Proficiency in structural simulation tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of vision inspection, linear motors, and optical encoders is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
