Our Client:

• Marine Industry

• Tai Seng MRT

• 5 Days, Office hours

• up to $12,000 per month, AWS and VB

Responsibilities:

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on assigned product tankers.

• Oversee vessel operations to ensure readiness for voyages.

• Arrange and manage audits/inspections (ISM, ISPS, MLC) and vetting inspections.

• Approve passage plans and conduct navigation audits.

• Ensure compliance with terminal, oil majors, and charterers’ requirements.

• Liaise with Flag State and Port State authorities.

• Keep Q88 and HVPQ up-to-date.

• Monitor and update the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

• Provide guidance on vessel operations and crew competency.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Master (CoC Class 1 or 2) or min 2 years of experience of shore experience in relation to safety, health and environment management and compliance for product or chemical tankers.
