About the role

Heilo Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key position within our Marketing Communications department, based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and business growth. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling messaging and strategic communications initiatives that resonate with our target audiences. Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional media

2. Create compelling and engaging content including copy, graphics, videos and multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies

3. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, community engagement and performance monitoring

4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights needed for marketing materials and communications projects

5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation

6. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities

7. Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems and tracking tools to ensure accurate campaign reporting

8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality delivery of marketing materials and services

9. Research market trends, competitor activities and audience insights to inform marketing strategies

10. Assist in the development of marketing plans and communications calendars aligned with business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2. 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing support or a similar marketing role

3. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, content management systems and analytics tools

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy

6. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous

8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

9. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO/SEM fundamentals

10. Ability to work independently and take initiative while being receptive to feedback

11. Experience with content creation, social media strategy or event marketing is preferred
