Job Description
This role supports ongoing office renovation activities, focusing on coordination and administrative assistance to ensure a smooth transition during post-renovation setup. You will assist with organising office materials, supporting basic administrative tracking, and working with internal staff and external service providers to complete day-to-day renovation-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in unpacking, labelling, and organising office materials, files, and equipment after renovation works
Support the arrangement and placement of office items to ensure proper setup and orderliness
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required for basic follow-ups
Assist with general administrative tasks related to the renovation project
Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth project execution
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Level qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff, external parties, and service providers
Experience in office administration will be an advantage, especially in areas such as courier arrangement, mail handling, and asset inventory tracking
Organised, reliable, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced project environment
