QC Supervisor - #1164454

Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute routine inspection activities strictly in compliance with Control Plans, Incoming Inspection Specifications and Outgoing Inspection Specifications.
2. Undertake product inspection tasks for newly launched production lines and process adjustment phases during machining operations.
3. Take ownership of daily QC audit execution and facilitate timely resolution & full closure of audit identified non-conformances.
4. Provide on-site support to facilitate the delivery of Product Audits and Layered Process Audits (LPA).
5. Liaise closely with Quality Engineers and IQC Engineers to mitigate process quality deviations in a timely manner, so as to sustain consistent product and delivery quality.
6. Deliver on-site technical guidance and rectify non-standard operating practices of production operators.
7. Support the Quality Supervisor in QC team administration and organize competency training for QC inspectors.
8. Compile, analyze and issue standardized weekly and monthly quality performance reports periodically.
9. Collaborate with DQE, CQE, SQE and quality system teams to implement quality surveillance and continuous improvement projects.
10. Cross-functionally align with R&D, Engineering, Production and Production Planning departments to fulfill all quality-related deliverables.

Job Qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum High School or Technical Secondary School qualification.
2. Mandatory Professional Knowledge
(1) Proficiency in mechanical engineering drawing interpretation.
(2) Solid know-how of target products and automotive electronic assembly workflows.
(3) Systematic knowledge of metrology and measuring equipment management.
3. Core Competencies
(1) Competent in reading engineering drawings.
(2) Skilled in operation and calibration of various measuring & inspection gauges.
4. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on on-site working experience within manufacturing environments.
