JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Partial spectrum of Human Resources : Attendance, Training, Leave Admin, Levy Claim, etc

• Accurate data entry and proper documents filing

• Ad-hoc admin duties

• Various reports to Director, HR Manager and Shipyards

• Ad-hoc assignments assign by Director, HR Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience

• HR experience in Marine Shipyard or Construction industry is an added advantage

• Ability to work/communicate with foreign workers

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and Work

• Meticulous and accurate in work

• Neat, tidy and organized at work
