Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all project activities for assigned construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Prepare, review, and coordinate project drawings, working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to resolve design and technical issues.
Coordinate and facilitate communication among project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Process and monitor progress claims, payment applications, and variations, and assist in the timely finalization of project accounts.
Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineer, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power point).
Good understanding of construction drawings, project scheduling, and site coordination.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and time management skills.
