HR Business Partnering
Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
Support manpower planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
Lead and coordinate HR-related projects from planning to implementation.
Review and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and AI adoption within HR.
Develop and maintain HR SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
HR Systems & Digital Transformation
Manage and continuously improve HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR systems and digital solutions.
Explore and implement tools to improve HR operations, recruitment, employee services, reporting, and workflow automation.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR system enhancements and technology projects.
HR Analytics & Business Support
Analyse HR data and prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, manpower, payroll, and other HR metrics.
Develop HR dashboards and management reports to support business decisions.
Identify trends and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.
Conduct salary benchmarking and HR market research.
HR Operations Improvement
Review payroll and recruitment processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
Work closely with the HR team to implement process enhancements.
Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and operational improvements.
Policy & Compliance
Review and recommend updates to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR practices comply with local employment legislation and company policies.
Support internal HR audits and governance initiatives.
Cross-Functional Projects
Coordinate projects involving other departments.
Facilitate communication and follow-up to ensure timely execution of company initiatives.
Support Management in driving strategic and organizational improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR projects, HR systems, or process improvement.
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
Experience with HRIS implementation, enhancement, or administration.
Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies for HR process automation is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
Experience in the F&B or retail industry, particularly in a multi-outlet environment, will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualities
Experience leading HR transformation or digitalization projects.
Knowledge of AI applications in HR, workflow automation, and data analytics.
Strong business acumen and project management skills.
Comfortable working across multiple departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
