Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple Active Ageing Centres, ensuring efficient service delivery for seniors.

• Manage day-to-day administration and programming of a specific centre, including a community café, to ensure safe and engaging experiences.

• Directly lead and cultivate a cohesive team of supervisors to foster a positive work culture.

• Collaborate with staff to align practices and uphold consistent service standards across centres.

• Develop, review, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and emergency plans.

• Monitor centre performance indicators, ensuring timely reporting to management and relevant authorities.

• Coordinate facility maintenance and procurement while resolving operational issues promptly and cost-effectively.

• Plan and optimize manpower deployment across centres to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee community café operations, including budgeting, supplier management, and volunteer involvement.

• Manage outreach and engagement initiatives tailored to community residents, ensuring innovative program designs.

• Supervise volunteer management processes, including recruitment, training, and database maintenance.

• Strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders and facilitate seamless service referrals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

• Experience in café or restaurant management is advantageous due to the integrated community café within the centre.

• Strong interpersonal skills
