About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our logistics and warehouse operations. In this role, you will lead the warehouse team, manage the operational budget, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain great relationships with our clients.

Job Summary:

• Salary Range: $7,000 – $8,000 / month

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6:00PM (Work-Life Balance: Standard 5-day work week)

• Work Location: Benoi (West Region)

• Stability: Stable permanent role within an established US Multi-National Corporation (MNC).

• Benefits: AWS included.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Logistics: Manage daily warehouse operations to meet performance goals and service standards.

• Manage Budget (P&L): Monitor financial performance to reduce operational costs and increase revenue.

• Smooth Workflows: Work closely with clients and internal teams to make sure incoming and outgoing cargo flows smoothly.

• Supervise Staff: Guide, counsel, and manage the day-to-day performance of your operations team.

• Train & Develop: Plan for the department's future needs by handles staff training and performance reviews.

• Workplace Safety: Ensure a fully safe and compliant working environment for all employees.

• Lean Warehousing: Drive Lean Warehousing systems and continuous process improvements across the facility.

• Hit Targets: Ensure the facility meets or exceeds customer goals for cost, quality, and supplier performance.
