Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of ICA technicians and contractors.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Lead troubleshooting and fault-finding activities for instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, and control systems.

• Ensure calibration and maintenance activities are performed according to standards and procedures.

• Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and instrumentation documentation.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Support project installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements.

• Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Experience in instrumentation maintenance, PLC, SCADA, DCS, or industrial automation systems.

• Ability to lead and supervise a multicultural workforce.

• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in water/wastewater treatment projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
