Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Online Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team.
This role combinessocial media management, content creation, livestream setup, and e-commerce marketing.
You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, growing our online presence, and supporting live broadcast operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content (text, images, videos)

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for e-commerce and marketing campaigns

• Create content calendars, track performance, and optimise engagement

• Conduct outdoor photography and videography as needed

• Set up livestream systems for TikTok and e-commerce platforms (including lighting, audio, and streaming software)

• Host or appear in livestreams when required

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

• Stay updated on latest trends and features across social media platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in online marketing, content creation, and social media management

• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)

• Proven experience in livestream studio setup

• Confident on-camera presence for livestream hosting (preferred)

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills

• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work outdoors for shoots when required

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design skills

• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithm optimisation
