Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of workshop logistics and maintain accountabilities for all incoming and outgoing products.

• Conduct timely receipt of verification and unpacking of incoming shipments.

• Ensure all outgoing deliveries and shipments are properly packed, labelled, and dispatched.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales team to support efficient order fulfilment.

• Assist with the loading, unloading, and secure handling of goods for transportation.

• Maintain accurate documentation for products issued for repair and field service activities.

• Support warehouse organisation, housekeeping, and maintenance activities as required.

• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and assist with periodic inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Carry out the delivery and collection of products between customers, suppliers, and external warehouses in a safe and timely manner.

• Liaise and coordinate with external warehouse providers on inventory movements and stock management activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is required.

• A valid forklift licence will be an advantage.
