Admin cum Accounts Assistant (Junior)
Salary Package: Up to S$2,500 basic + bonus
Working days and hours: 5.5 days, Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM, Sat, 8:30AM-12:30PM
Working Location: Kranji
Key Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties and provide office support
Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Account Executive/Manager
Requirements
Diploma / LCCI / relevant accounting qualification
At least 1 year of experience
