Warehouse Assistant / Quality Control Assurance (Office hours) - #1164361

Responsibilities

• Verifying incoming components and completing the inspection process according to the requirements set by the customer

• Match incoming parts to purchase order and customer requirements.

• Stock incoming product.

• Verify product against data sheet requirements for product verification.

• Input product information into receiving system.

• Process non-conforming product in line with quality management system.

• Label conforming product for packaging according to customer requirements.

• Pull stock for shipping.

• Fill out inspection reports.

• Resolve discrepancies.

• Support Quality processes and procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge in electronics components such as computer processor, keyboards, hard disks, etc

• Tech savy

• Able to communicate in mandarin to collaborate with APAC customers

Information

• Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

• Location: Woodlands (Air-con warehouse)
