Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents.
· Administer employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, employment contracts, and exit clearance.
· Maintain accurate employee records and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
· Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
· Administer employee leave, medical claims, and benefits in accordance with company policies.
· Prepare and submit HR documentation required for statutory compliance, contributions and audits.
· Coordinate work pass documentation and application.
· Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
· Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development activities.
· Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
· Organise employee engagement activities and support workplace well-being initiatives.
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
· Min. 3 years of HR experience.
· Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and the Employment Act.
· Familiar with payroll administration, CPF contributions using the HRIS.
· Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
