About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team at ClimaShield Solutions Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the Clementi West Region. As Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the company products installation projects, ensuring exceptional quality standards, and leading installation teams on site. This role is critical to our operations, as you will directly influence client satisfaction, project timelines, and the reputation of our company. You will work on-site at various residential and commercial locations, managing installations from start to finish and mentoring junior installers.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee all installation projects, ensuring all work meets ClimaShield Solutions' high quality standards and client specifications

2. Supervise and mentor junior installers and team members on-site, providing guidance and quality assurance

3. Manage project timelines and ensure installations are completed efficiently without compromising quality

4. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction

5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites and maintain a safe working environment

6. Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and maintain a well-organised work vehicle

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in installation

2. Strong supervisory and leadership skills with experience mentoring junior installers or team members

3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to different site conditions and client requirements

4. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications accurately

5. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

6. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to health and safety practice
