Responsibilities:

• Prepare clinic counters, waiting areas, and facilities for daily operations
• Register patients, manage appointments, and support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Perform cashiering, billing, and reconciliation of charges
• Coordinate patient flow with healthcare teams for efficient service delivery
• Provide appointment reminders and basic patient instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Apply infection control and workplace safety practices
• Prepare rooms and equipment; assist in basic clinical procedures and measurements
• Provide chaperone support during consultations and procedures
• Support audits, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Manage inventory and clinic supplies
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Level or equivalent with relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple systems (e.g. SAP is an added advantage)
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in inpatient wards or outpatient clinics, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle patient information with confidentiality
