Key responsibilities:
Recruitment and process the company's payroll system accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions.
Handle employee's queries, welfare , training related matter.
Handle application of work pass and related matters.
Support in director duties or any other administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Well-versed with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, meticulous and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
