Clinic Assistant (GP Clinic) - #1164286

We are looking for Full-time Clinic Assistant/Senior Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic branches at Rivervale:

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.

• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.

• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.

• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.

• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.

• Operate Clinic Management System.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.

• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.

• Computer literacy.

• Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours. (Working hours will be based on a split shift basis)
