Job Scopes:

• Coordinate with suppliers and site team to verify incomplete Purchase Requisition details and ensure correct item procurement

• Source materials, conduct price comparisons, check stock availability, process purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders

• Support daily purchasing operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Minimum Diploma in Procurement or Equivalent or related field

• Preferably min. 1 year working experience

• Training will be provided if no experience

• Proficient in using MS office

• Knowledge of construction materials will be an added advantage

• Preferably Singaporean / Permanent Resident
