Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance function, oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, and ensure timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective team management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full set of accounts and daily finance operations.

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls.

• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, banking matters, and trade finance activities.

• Oversee corporate tax, GST matters, and statutory filings.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc finance projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in an Accounting Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, full sets of accounts, taxation, audit, treasury, and statutory compliance.

• Experience leading a finance team with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
